Why do some Face Cream that the water evaporates when left.?
I bought this Eye Cream / Gel called Avon Solutions Hydra-Radiance Eye Perfector Gel, but completely disappeared within a week I noticed that disappears during night are some creams designed to be mainly water and evaporates before his eyes, now I have another, this is now buy more, or is cheap, it is surprising that a cream can be used without any help.
if they have alcohol in their products, evaporates quickly, I agree ts a rip off to buy more Avon thats for you .. honey, but if I were you I'd say I want my money or a new, Avon is the policy of customer satisfaction ..
