Can I get the benefits of hydration same amount of water (or better) to drink 8 glasses of Green Tea instead of water?
"Everyone says we should have 8 glasses / cups of water a day to stay well hydrated and help Your Skin stay hydrated (Inside Out). I have always thought that with natural juices, milk, tea green, and even food — It provides hydration (like vitamins), you need. The hydration potential is much more water than green tea? The reason I ask is that I very (shamefully) Dry Skin and want to do everything possible to stay hydrated. Also, I'm addicted to the recovery of salt. Bebo lot of green tea every day (which is Antioxidants also good for the skin), but my friends say is a "diuretic" and does not compare to drinking water. So my question is: Can I obtain the benefits of hydration same amount of water (or better) drinking 8 glasses of green tea instead of water? (I like tea, British Columbia has some Caffine 1 / 4 of the amount in a cup of coffee)
Number of distilled water is pure H2O. Its function is to perform transport waste and nutrients can not be done if the water molecules are molecules carrying green tea. Green tea is very good, but must be consumed in addition to water, and not instead of water.
